Material Handler

About the role
The Material Handler will perform all warehouse and distribution related activities for domestic and international customer orders. Receiving, sorting, replenishment, picking, staging and loading.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to assist in receiving, storing, picking, staging and loading inventory.
- Prepare and load customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, store and replenish inventory.
- Complete needed SAP / Scan Gun transactions.
- Conduct inventory counts as requested.
- Complete training classes.
- Follow company guidelines regarding safety.
- Accurately complete needed paperwork for all transactions.
- Complete any housekeeping activities that may be required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years experience in a Distribution Center
- SAP experience is a plus
- Fork lift experience is a requirement
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds several times per shift
- Walking, bending, twisting, reaching, required. This role also requires standing, squatting, reaching and walking between 8 - 12 hours per shift
