Material Handler

Summary

As a Material Handler at OXCO, you will be responsible for wrapping, bundling, labeling, palletizing, packaging, transporting, and storing finished goods produced on the production lines. You will also keep the production lines clear of finished items to promote machine efficiency, assign lot numbers, and record item numbers, quantities, UOMs, and locations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED
• Experience: 1 year of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment preferred
• Licenses or Certifications: Forklift clamp and carpet pole experience preferred
• Skills: High attention to detail, collaboration, dependability, ability to communicate and complete ISO documentation accurately

• High attention to detail – accuracy in entering data and in communicating information with others; ability to see errors and identify inconsistencies
• Collaboration – work effectively with other personnel to achieve established outcomes and resolve issues
• Dependability – consistent attendance is required and rewarded

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk most of the shift
• Ability to reach, push and pull 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds with assistance
