Key Duties
- Transport products between Trulieve facilities throughout the area
- Inventory Management
- Receiving/Shipping functions
- Load and unload vehicles at the destination; prepare transportation manifests and signatures by DOH regulations
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Order preparation
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT/OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Use of heavy equipment; forklift, pallet jack, walking stacker, and other warehouse equipment
Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Quick learner and team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
Additional Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
- Valid Drivers License
- Meet company standards in a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, including verification through SAMBA Safety or similar services
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time
- Maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
- Able to handle organic matter daily
- Able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection)
- Able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details
- Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
- Able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
