Material Handler

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist with material handling, staging, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Support production with timely delivery of raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Perform labeling, wrapping, and palletizing tasks as assigned.
• Conduct basic inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.

Education/Work Experience Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior custodial or warehouse experience a plus.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Must wear required PPE, including safety boots.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and handling of materials.
• Work performed in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures.
• Work performed in a warehouse environment including storage warehouse (not climate controlled) and food production areas (climate controlled).
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs or greater.
• Must be able to stand/climb ladders.

Fulltime, Office hours are typically 7:30-4:00pm, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime.
