Material Handler
Job Responsibilities And Expectations
- Operate locomotive safely through high traffic areas multiple times daily.
- Create blended products accurately from recipes to meet customer orders.
- Loading rail cars / tank trucks with polyol per site procedures.
- Maintain railcar inventory, organize, weigh, and separate between 11 different product railcars, loaded or empty.
- Inspect track and switches daily and notify supervision on any issues that need addressing.
- Offloading raw material from rail cars / tanks trucks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in industrial utilities or chemical manufacturing operations
- Experience troubleshooting / applying mechanical skills for minor repairs on process equipment
