Responsibilities
- Receive, audit, inspect, ID and put away incoming material to proper locations
- Maintain housekeeping and organization in warehouse and other material location area
- Maintain correct inventories by moving materials in computer when physically moving materials
- Affords assistance in assigning production areas when not moving materials
- Affords assurance of the product and or materials meet quality expectations
- Notifies supervisor of improvement opportunities
- Serves area needs to remove empty pallets, trash and recycle type materials
- Cleans all parts and pieces using sandpaper, acetone on a cloth rag, or using air hose to blow off dust in tough to reach areas to ensure parts and pieces are ready to be painted
- Serviced the pre-finish line with needed material components (loading paint carts with frame parts and door’s)
- Affords assistance in the pre-finish line area with removal of completed product to go to build prep and or stretch-wrap machine
- Stages completed and stretch wrapped door products into shipping staging lanes by loads
- Loads trucks with finished door products per direction of Production Manager
- Adheres to forklift, operational, quality and safety guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
