Material Handler

About the role

As a Material Handler at Dynapower, a Sensata Technologies company, you facilitate the receiving, storing, moving, and shipping of supplies, stock, and materials. You'll manage the timely flow of order processing, ensuring inbound and outbound warehouse traffic runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, inspect them for damage, and put them away in the stock room
• Keep inventory accurate by recording incoming shipments and outgoing transactions
• Prepare, kit, and issue materials needed by assembly teams
• Support inventory auditing, including cycle counting
• Prepare and process small package shipments (UPS/FedEx/DHL)
• Support the shipping team, for example by assembling crates for shipments
• Put safety first, all day every day
• Physical demands include constant movement, lifting up to 40 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 200 pounds, prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, frequent pinching/gripping, good manual dexterity, coordination, stamina, and visual acuity requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a forklift and material handling equipment
• Eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

Pay

The pay range for this role is $20 to $30 per hour. Final compensation depends on level of experience in similar roles.

Schedule

This is a full-time, non‑exempt position scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
