Your responsibilities include inspecting and checking incoming orders, inventorying and picking supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and checks incoming orders to verify type, quantities, and condition of products against bills of lading.
• Enters receipts into the computer system, updating inventory and acknowledging incoming purchase orders.
• Inventory, picks, and delivers supplies for user departments according to pre-established par levels.
• Removes outdated supplies from storage areas and disposes of them.
• Confirms all pick sheets daily and compares computer balances with periodic sampling checks of physical inventory.
• Routes incoming goods to correct departments and maintains record keeping of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Works with department heads and buyers to coordinate requisitions, ordering, distribution of supplies, and equipment; controls ordering and requisitioning process to ensure inventory levels are in line with usage.
• Checks items to be shipped against work orders to ensure quantities, destinations, and routing are correct.

Requirements

• Knowledge of equipment within the department.
• Ability to multitask when needed.
• Ability to add and subtract.
• Knowledge of medical supplies.
• Knowledge of computer keyboard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Pay

$16.60/hr starting, with final offers based on various factors including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
