Management of inbound products such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, anchors, etc.

Stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts and pallet jacks.

Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, stage products, and load/unload trucks.
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production shifts.
Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
Valid forklift operator’s license (certified).
Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and WMS entry.
Ability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted (and up to 35 lb for certain tasks).
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, stand for long periods, and push/pull loads.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Professional relationship‑building skills at all organizational levels.
Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, and good attendance record.
Demonstrated initiative and accuracy under pressure.
Valid driver’s license meeting Ryder’s driving qualifications.
Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
