Responsibilities

• Advise and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI’s) for consistency
• Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming orders
• Label products and place them accordingly in the correct location as referenced by Roestrac
• Keep a well-maintained and organized stock and inventory
• Handle returns by completing documentation and other required communication
• Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular inspections
• Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products
• Pull material to fill project needs and deliver to the project location
• Comply with Roeslein & Associates’ core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships with employees

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
• Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have experience pulling a trailer
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented; commitment to a culture of performance and excellence is required
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Strong computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs are required

• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis is required.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an office and in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods of time is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
