Material Handler

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and supplies.
• Transport materials to designated areas using appropriate equipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse or storage areas.
• Auxiliary with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Ensure materials are handled safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to support production schedules and deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a material handler or in a similar role.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous.
