Material Handler
About the role
Join QA1 as a Material Handler in Lakeville and work on cutting-edge products that exceed industry expectations. This physically active, detail-oriented role supports the Area Manager – Material Handling by ensuring timely and accurate processing of internal and customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Pull orders for customer shipments
- Package outbound customer shipments
- Process customer order paperwork
- Pull orders for internal job orders
- Break down pallets of incoming inventory
- Move inventory within the warehouse accurately
- Label all inventory properly
- Create accurate inventory transactions in SyteLine
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory management processes
- Safely operate order pickers and forklifts and perform daily safety checks
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Self-directed and able to recognize and pursue opportunities
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management skills to complete deadline-sensitive projects
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to do whatever is needed to get the job done
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to cross-train
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math, reading, and English communication skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve based on feedback
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Comfortable working under busy conditions with minimal supervision
- Demonstrable technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to quickly train and become proficient with ERP systems (SyteLine)
- Ability to work with a diverse team

Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with overtime pending business need.
