Material Handler

About the role

As a Material Handler you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! This position is located in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Work in warehouse performing receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products.
• Load and unload product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.
• Read production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence, such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Operate gas or electric powered pallet jack, forklift truck, delivery carts to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods, etc.
• May load/unload trucks; may use a Hi-Rise to load items in storage racks.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship, Green Card holder, or political asylee/refugee status required (ITAR compliance).
• Provide one of the following forms of identification: Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Naturalization (USCIS Form N-550 or N-570), or Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I-551).

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) as needed/required.
• For men, requires a clean‑shaven face.

Pay

Starting pay: $27.50 per hour.

Schedule

1st Shift, Monday to Friday – 4:30AM‑1:00PM, with overtime as business needs arise.
