About the role
This position is based on-site in Parsippany, NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
Responsibilities
- Fill orders accurately using picking documents and/or RF scanners
- Move products, supplies, and other materials according to established policies and procedures
- Operate hi-lo equipment and/or pallet jack to effectively and safely move products and materials
- Label products with Shipping ASN Labels
- Store and retrieve product from pallet racks and other storage devices according to procedures established by PNY
- Accurate and timely fulfillment of work orders and sales orders
- Perform inventory cycle counts and material transfers, as needed
- Compliance with PNY’s procedures and guidelines in order to minimize inventory discrepancies
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jack equipment
- Maintain a clean work area on an ongoing basis
- Stretch-wrap shipping products or stock materials onto racking
- Load or unload trucks and trailers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Knowledge of warehousing methodology
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Proficient with barcode scanning equipment
- Forklift certification
