Material Handler

About the role

Pleasurecraft Engine Group manufactures marine engines in Little Mountain, SC. With the mission of “Building Engines to the Glory of God,” Pleasurecraft aims to create an environment that improves life for employees, the industry, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Pack and construct boxes as assigned
• Locate and move materials, supplies, and finished goods through the facility
• Inspect and examine materials and finished goods for quality concerns
• Follow proper recording and tracking procedures
• Stack skids or pallets in designated areas
• Collect and dispose of scrap, cardboard, and strapping in proper containers or designated areas
• Support pulling product from warehouse racks to supply order fulfillment
• Perform cleaning duties
• Meet daily production goals
• Work on a variety of tasks and assignments as required
• Follow all safety rules and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Work and communicate cooperatively and productively with other team members to complete tasks accurately
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach, and lift 35 lbs on a regular basis
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Experience in production, packing, or manufacturing setting (preferred)
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack (preferred)
