Responsibilities
- Operate equipment in the finishing stages of production in a safe manner
- Assure quality standards are always met by inspecting and removing products with visual defects
- Pack products for distribution
- Clean and maintain equipment to assure optimal operating performance
- Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide variety of training and on-the-job experiences
Requirements
- Ability to work 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Mechanical, electrical or other technical/machine operation ability (can be gained through paid or unpaid work)
- Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 70 lbs. with a team lift, with or without a reasonable accommodation

Pay
- Premium pay
Schedule
- Set Schedules: 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days
- 15 working days a month as a full-time associate
