Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment in the finishing stages of production in a safe manner
  • Assure quality standards are always met by inspecting and removing products with visual defects
  • Pack products for distribution
  • Clean and maintain equipment to assure optimal operating performance
  • Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide variety of training and on-the-job experiences

Requirements

  • Ability to work 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Mechanical, electrical or other technical/machine operation ability (can be gained through paid or unpaid work)
  • Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 70 lbs. with a team lift, with or without a reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

Pay

  • Premium pay

Schedule

  • Set Schedules: 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days
  • 15 working days a month as a full-time associate
