Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other fabrication machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
• Perform machining and fabrication processes with precision and attention to detail
• Conduct quality inspections using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machine operation issues and implement efficient solutions
• Ensure products meet aerospace manufacturing standards and quality requirements
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe production environment
• Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and quality personnel to meet manufacturing goals
• Adapt to new technologies, machinery, and manufacturing processes as needed

Requirements

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery in a production or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Knowledge of machining processes and metal fabrication techniques
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and safe machine operation practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC machine operation experience
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and quality systems
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies or automated equipment
• Technical training or certifications related to machining or manufacturing operations
