We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company and major goal. We need headings for sections only when there is real specific content. Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end: "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove it. We need to preserve all substantive info: company description, major goal, essential duties and responsibilities (list), qualifications (including supervisory responsibilities, other duties, education & experience, language skills, mathematical skills, reasoning ability, computer operations, certificates/licenses, working conditions, physical/environmental demands, physical activity level, manual dexterity, special vision requirements). Also "Supervisory Responsibilities" maybe part of qualifications. "Other Duties & Responsibilities" maybe part of responsibilities. We need to decide sections: About the role (company overview + major goal). Responsibilities (essential duties and responsibilities + other duties). Requirements (maybe combine qualifications, education/experience, language, math, reasoning, computer ops, certificates, etc). Skills? Could be separate but we can include under Requirements. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present, so omit. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections we have content for. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Pick and pack (order picking and/or assembly of products in less than full case lots), light assembly ..." etc. That's a long list; we can put each duty as

  • . Ensure we don't lose any. We also need to include "Supervisory Responsibilities" content: "Immediate supervision - receives close supervision related to specific work activities, assignments, methods, etc. usually receive frequent surveillance over job activities; instructions are detailed and assignments are typical shortterm." That's a sentence; we can put as

under Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably under Responsibilities as it's about supervision. "Other Duties & Responsibilities" paragraph: "Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill." That's prose; we can put as

. Education & Experience: "High school or G.E.D. degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience." That's a requirement. Language Skills: bullet list? It's sentences: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Could be

    • . Mathematical Skills: similar. Reasoning Ability: similar. Computer Operations: "To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to learn and effectively use software applications such as move management, timekeeping, HRIS and other software systems used in the performance of job duties. RF Scanner" maybe separate bullet. Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: "n/a" - that's filler; we should not include a section if it's just n/a. So we can omit. Working Conditions: paragraph describing environment; we can include as

under Requirements or maybe a separate section? There's no specific heading for Working Conditions in allowed list, but we could put under Requirements as prose. Physical/Environmental Demands: list of activities with times; we can put as

      • . Physical Activity Level: paragraph; we can include. Manual Dexterity: sentence. Special Vision Requirements: list of vision types; we can put as
        • . We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's structure:

Major Goal: This position is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, shipping, repackaging, and palletizing of product to meet company standards of sanitation, safety, security and productivity.

But we shouldn't add unless needed; we can just include as prose. Better:

Major Goal: This position is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, shipping, repackaging, and palletizing of product to meet company standards of sanitation, safety, security and productivity.

          Now Responsibilities:

          Responsibilities

          • Pick and pack (order picking and/or assembly of products in less than full case lots), light assembly (assembly of light mechanical or electrical component parts or sub-assemblies that may require the use of hand tools) and record storage.

          • Report shortages, damages and miss-shipments on appropriate forms.
          • Sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
          • Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
          • Efficiently stack and store merchandise.

          • Stencil, tag or mark orders as required.

          • Charge forklift battery/gas tanks as needed; repair pallets when necessary; clean railcars, trailers, and truck bays as requested
          • Maintain a clean neat and orderly work area

Supervisory Responsibilities: Immediate supervision - receives close supervision related to specific work activities, assignments, methods, etc.; usually receive frequent surveillance over job activities; instructions are detailed and assignments are typical short‑term.

Other Duties & Responsibilities: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.

Now Requirements/Qualifications: We could have a single section "Requirements" that includes education, experience, language, math, reasoning, computer ops, certificates (skip n/a), working conditions, physical demands, activity level, manual dexterity, vision. Let's do:

          Requirements

Education & Experience: High school or G.E.D. degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

          Language Skills

but we only allowed h3 for section headings; we shouldn't use h4. We can keep as

          with bullet list. Better: Use

          • for list items under Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Operations. We'll need to decide headings: maybe we keep a single Requirements section and inside we have subheadings? The instruction only says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we can stick to

            for main sections and use

            or

for subcontent without extra headings. However we need to delineate Language Skills etc. Could just include them as

with sentences; but they are lists, better as

              • . We can preface each list with a

                like "Language Skills:" then

                  . Thus:

                  Requirements

Education & Experience: High school or G.E.D. degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

                  Language Skills:

                  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
                  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
                  • Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

                  Mathematical Skills:

                  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
                  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

                  Reasoning Ability:

                  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
                  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

                  Computer Operations:

                  • Ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as move management, timekeeping, HRIS and other software systems used in the performance of job duties.
                  • RF Scanner

                  Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: n/a

but we should omit if it's just n/a. So we can skip.

Working Conditions: Outdoors and indoor shop environment with adequate ventilation. Exposure to vibration, improperly illuminated or awkward and confining work spaces. Working above ground level where the possibility of falling exists. Frequent lifting and carrying of items. Loud noises typical.

Now Physical/Environmental Demands: we can put as
                  • .

                    Physical/Environmental Demands:

                    • Stand - Over 2/3 Time
                    • Walk - Over 2/3 Time
