Responsibilities
- Perform daily shipping and receiving activities
- Accurately receive, inspect, and document shipments
- Prepare and process outbound shipments
- Maintain shipping and receiving records and supporting documentation
- Safely unload chassis and transport materials to designated warehouse and pole barn locations
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory around the facility
- Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in AX
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Support production and other departments with inventory and material needs
- Correctly pull and deliver products and components to support the production process
- Return materials to proper locations, updating system inventory as needed
- Accurately and efficiently maintain inventory
- Adhere to safety procedures, clean up of work area daily
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Safe operation of equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers
- Familiarity with materials management and inventory control
- Understanding of warehousing and/or production software
