Material Handler MGS has an exciting opportunity for Material Handlers to support operations at our Germantown or Richfield facility. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and timely movement of materials, components, and finished goods throughout the production floor. This is a 12-Hour Day or Night Shift opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for press start-ups
• Move work-in-progress (WIP) to and from automated assembly cells
• Manage the flow of materials in and out of the cleanroom
• Clean equipment, remove excess or unused materials, and ensure correct materials are ready and available for production
• Learn and master all necessary areas of the quality system
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Review materials list and prepare materials to ensure materials are ready for press start-ups
• Ensure packaging and any additional materials are at the press for start-ups and throughout the job
• Communicate updates to the cell and with previous and following shifts the status of presses
• Transfer completed pallets and remove garbage and scrap from the cell
• Participate in Line Clearance process ensuring all packaging and materials are put away back in inventory
• Label all dryers with a Material Identification Tag(s) and verify they match the BOM
• Clean the dryer, grinders, and conveying equipment completely during changeover activities
• Perform dryer preventive maintenance
