About the role
Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in McHenry, IL is seeking a full-time Material Handler to supply parts to the production area, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
This position works both inside and outside in all weather conditions.
Schedule
Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; additional overtime as needed or required.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials
- Prepare parts for work orders
- Monitor inventory
- Keep the warehouse and outside lot organized and clear of debris
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts, moving large material throughout the facility
- Read and interpret blueprints to identify parts, work orders, and shipping/receiving documents
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Forklift Operators Certification
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
