Material Handler

About the role

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Orlando, FL is looking to hire a full-time Material Handler to supply parts to the production area, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This full-time position works Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM; additional overtime as needed or required.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials
• Preparing parts for work orders
• Monitoring inventory
• Keeping the warehouse and outside lot organized and clear of debris
• Safely operating sit-down forklifts, moving large material throughout the facility
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to identify parts, work orders, and shipping/receiving documents
• Working both inside and outside in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ability to obtain a Forklift Operators Certification
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
