Material Handler

Duties, Tasks And Responsibilities

• Loading and changing over the sheet steel materials at the lasers
• Moving cut and bent components to appropriate downstream work centers as needed
• Move painted finished goods from the end of the paint line to the warehouse staging area
• Emptying of steel scrap dumpsters as needed
• Unloading of trucks received in the metal shop docks
• Loading of steel sheet cartridges onto supplier return truck
• Additional tasks as required by Metal Shop Zone Leaders and Materials Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• A highschool diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of Material Handling experience
• Previous Forklift experience

• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
