Responsibilities
- Move materials, parts, assemblies, and hardware between work centers, inventory locations, and production areas.
- Support timely movement of hardware through manufacturing operations and coordinate transfer of completed assemblies to downstream operations.
- Stage materials for upcoming production work orders and deliver kits to manufacturing areas based on production priorities.
- Support kit verification, replenishment, and return of excess or unused materials to inventory.
- Perform inventory transactions in ERP/MES systems and maintain accurate material location records.
- Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities.
- Maintain organized inventory storage locations and ensure proper material identification and labeling.
- Identify opportunities to improve material flow and warehouse efficiency, support new process implementations, and participate in inventory accuracy and material control initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling environments.
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other related inventory equipment.
- Experience with serialized/lot-controlled inventory, production control, and planning.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience handling high-tech electronic products and materials sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD).
- A solid understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), planning principles, and related reporting tools.
- Experience working with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- The ability to interact effectively with internal customers from various departments.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional disciplines, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to drive positive outcomes in ill-defined problems or processes.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Supply Chain, or a closely related field.
Skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted and perform physical activities including lifting, standing, climbing, bending, and walking for up to 75% of the shift time.

- $26.00 - $30.00 / hour
Schedule
- Flexibility to work various shifts including overtime and weekends as needed to meet critical deadlines.
