Material Handler

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures
• Process customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner in order to prepare for shipping, while meeting or exceeding departmental goals for production and quality
• Maintain cycle count, inventory spreadsheets, databases and quality charts
• Make appropriate inventory adjustments through our data entry system
• Ensure product is kept neat and in an orderly fashion per 5S methods
• Auxiliary in daily picking, packing, counting of products for shipments
• Use of warehouse equipment may require forklift use and certification

Other Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Ability to pass pre-screening aptitude test for data entry, recognition and math skills
• Ability to meet or exceed quality and performance metrics
• Experience with general warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, wrap) and forklift certification preferred
• Capable of working well independently and within attendance guidelines
• Ability to work occasional overtime
