Global Power Components is a privately held, financially sound, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures, and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. Responsibilities Read blueprints to determine materials necessary for projects as well as timelines to prepare for projects.Move materials to work areas in preparation for building product.Coordinate and stage materials quickly and safely Requirements 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience as a material handler is preferredForklift certified preferredAbility to read blueprints to be able to pick appropriate materialsCritical thinker who can make decisions and act on themAbility to follow instructionsPossess ability to work independently and as part of a teamRead, write and speak English fluentlyHigh school diploma or GEDMust pass competency test and pre-employment physical and drug screen
