About the role

This role is essential for organizing materials that move within the warehouse and preparing everything for the next step in the production line. As you progress, you will also inspect cut strut and kits after training and demonstrating proficiency in material handling. Communication and teamwork are critical to the success of the warehouse and are expected in all aspects of the job.
Responsibilities
- Clean all materials needed for warehouse jobs.
- Assemble parts for all warehouse jobs.
- Inspect cut strut and kits.
- Perform standard maintenance tasks.
- Proficiently use ERP software to record job times, read prints, and communicate any issues with the warehouse team.
- Collaborate with others on the shipping schedule software and Google Calendars.
- Maintain efficient output for all jobs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Communicate with other team members about any issues, needed equipment or tooling, and any problems with jobs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and good record-keeping.
- Team player who collaborates with others in the organization.
- Shows initiative, thoroughness, and accuracy.
- Performs all duties independently with minimal supervision.
- Recognizes and performs duties that are not directly assigned and assists others as needed.
- Assumes responsibility for staying aware of changes in company policies and procedures.
- Maintains cooperative working relationships with supervisors and other staff members.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude.
