About the Role

Wrap legs for the spring-up position, keep work pushed over to spring-up. After frames spring up, place frames on the proper trailer to be sent to Plant 2. Change lowers on beds if needed, and add slats/legs to be sent to Plant 2. Operate tuggers and forklifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Place wrap on legs and send to spring-up, ensuring continuous supply.
• Change bars on beds as needed, including slats, legs, and hardware kits, ensuring proper style before sending to Plant 2 on a trailer (requires scanning).
• Place bases from finishing conveyors onto skids on a roller bed; tie down if not sectional, then send to Plant 2.
• After chairs are sprung up, load onto Cell 4 trailer, keeping sets together (requires scanning).
• Perform other duties or special/non-routine assignments as instructed by a supervisor.
