Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks both inside and outside using pallet jacks, powered industrial trucks, and a small overhead jib crane to relocate parts for client shipment.
- Parts Picking and Staging: Accurately locate and pull parts of various sizes and materials to fill production and service orders, supporting shop staging and assisting team members with loading/unloading trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform inventory cycle counts, stock checks, and daily checklist activities to maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control.
- Communication and Safety: Maintain good communication with team members and demonstrate a safety-minded approach, adhering to all safety protocols and training.
- Administrative Duties: Accurately complete all paperwork and data entry functions associated with receiving and material handling procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Forklift and powered industrial truck operation experience
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment (preferred)
- Safety training and a strong safety mindset (preferred)
- Self-driven with excellent organizational skills (preferred)
- Attention to detail in inventory and parts handling (preferred)
- Experience using overhead jib cranes (preferred)

Schedule
1st Shift 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday). Full-time, permanent. Overtime available, evenings & weekends.
