Material Handler

About the role

EPI Power is seeking an experienced Material Handler to support warehouse and construction operations on large-scale data center projects. The role involves receiving, organizing, storing, tracking, and delivering materials to ensure they are readily available to support field productivity and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, organize, and store incoming materials and equipment
• Track and distribute materials to support field crews and warehouse operations
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material organization
• Cook up deliveries to support project schedules and avoid material shortages or delays
• Prepare materials for field installation and transportation
• Absorb inventory counts, material audits, and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and field teams to support project needs
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and vendors

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, or construction logistics
• Experience supporting construction or industrial projects
• Forklift operating experience or certification
• Electrical construction experience is a plus

• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials safely and efficiently
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus
• Ability to learn project-specific software upon hire

6 days per week, typically Monday – Saturday
