Responsibilities

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices; maintain records of received goods.
• Reject unsatisfactory, damaged, or defective items.
• Lift or move heavy items.
• Operate equipment to move or expedite material to the proper department or storage location.
• Store material in designated locations after receipt in the system.
• Examine stocks and distribute materials and supplies in inventory to manufacturing lines.
• Monitor and control inventory integrity; research inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare goods for final shipment and maintain records of shipped merchandise.
• Embrace safety culture and participate in audits and the 5S program.
• Apply moderate knowledge in continuous improvement activities.
• Inform supervisor or lead of work-related problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience.
• Data entry and computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• High school diploma.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Typical warehouse environment.
• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk up to 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to frequently carry (up to 30 feet each time) up to 60 lbs.
• Full range of motion of the waist and neck.
• Unrestricted use of upper extremities and ability to perform overhead reaching.
• Frequent bending (to the floor), twisting, and kneeling.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
