Material Handler
Your tasks & responsibilities
- Participate in Physical Inventory and cycle count
- Must be able to work Independently unsupervised and interdepartmentally team members
- Must be able to communicate to Logistics and inside Sales Department
- Cook off/Load vessels and roll off boxes etc.
- Uses computer Access & Navision programs to enter & view records for vessel information
- Drives and run (VEC Loader) material handling equipment to transport off load inventory of vessels
- Cook and work with warehouse with vessels & building drum adsorbers for existing customers
- Utilizes manual and automated material handling equipment
- Practices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection
- Troubleshoot and problem solve as needed to ensure timely delivery and flow of vessels through the facility
- Takes care of internal and external customer needs and expectations
- May perform other duties as required
Who are you?
Who are you as a Material Handler? High school diploma, GED or equivalent / Technical School preferred One to three years’ Material Handler experience Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Familiarity with safety standards and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office Software Good interpersonal and time management skills, along with attention to detail
