Material Handler

Key Responsibilities

• Receive goods; to include checking, counting, and put-away of stock.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of customer stock locations to identify replenishment requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report discrepancies.
• Follow all customer site safety, security, and quality procedures while transporting and handling materials.
• Communicate stock issues, shortages, or potential supply risks to the Inventory Coordinator Lead.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in line with company protocols.
• Proactively identify both problems and solutions.
• Flexibly perform other duties as required to support our customers.
• Perform regular stock checks and cycle counting of products in warehouse with a proactive approach to maintaining stock accuracy.

• Prior warehouse experience and background in spare parts management desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Forklift license and prior experience highly desirable.
• Prior experience using stock control systems (ERP/WMS) with prior use of SAP an advantage.
• Ability to manage the physical demands of a warehouse and delivery environment.
