Responsibilities
- Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies.
- Participate in the training curriculum where you will learn how to drive and operate a forklift as well as use other packaging tools
- Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line with the use of a pallet jack
- Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications
- Ensuring a clean, safe work environment
- Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials
- Forklift training opportunities
Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Pay
Starting Salary: Wages ranging from $19.00 per hour +, dependent upon experience. Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
Schedule
Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule: Work Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday; Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. 12-hour shifts: (Nights - 7:00pm – 7:00am). Rotational Shifts: Rotates between Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am) hours every 4 weeks.
