About the role

We are seeking a full-time Material Handler to join our team in Trenton, GA. This role focuses on efficient and safe material handling, including the movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Operate hi-lo and cranes.
• Maneuver racks and carts.
• Move and place all materials in designated areas.
• Perform bar-coding, labeling, scanning, and documentation of materials as required.
• Complete and report applicable paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned; this position has cross-functionality and will operate in concert with other GRF positions.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a crane license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a hi-lo license.
• Demonstrated ability to enter and recover data from an MRP system.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Conform to all safety requirements.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, kneel, see, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, non-hazardous materials, outside elements, and variances in sound levels.
