Material Handler

Description

Proactively keep all Injection Molding machines and Secondary processes supplied with necessary materials and components along with removing product as needed. Responsible for ensuring accurate inventory counts for materials being moved.

Qualifications

• Monitor Injection Molding machines and Secondary production for needed materials and deliver prior to running out
• Clean machine material system when changing material types
• Blends material based on Bill of Material details when needed
• Ensure**ALL**material movements are properly transferred in inventory system immediately, from the existing location to the new location
• Completes**ALL**paperwork timely and completely
• Prints labels for product ensuring accurate part numbers and box quantities
• Ensures product and raw materials arephysically transferred to the warehouse and properly scanned in inventory system
• Communicates any inventory discrepancies, low inventories and troubleshoot to help resolve
• Maintains an organized & clean production & warehouse area, ensuring a safe work environment
• Reports timely, all safety, quality & equipment issues to supervision
• Performs other duties as required by the supervisor
