Material Handler

About the role

Accredo Packaging is seeking a qualified Material Handler in Sugar Land, TX, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The role focuses on processing material requests safely and efficiently to ensure production has the necessary materials to fulfill customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Comply with established safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Process material requests and returns.
• Scan material movements.
• Pull and store material using a narrow‑aisle truck (swing reach/turret stock picker).
• Transport material by operating a forklift.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and orderly department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills with experience using web‑based software and ERP systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to communicate and interpret instructions.
• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 lb.

Pay

Hourly rate: $17.00. Night shift workers receive a $2.00 shift differential.
