Material Handler
About the role
In this role, you will conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse or to/from the production line. You’ll sort and arrange material for storage as per guidelines, perform routine activities according to established procedures, pick components from stock for dispatch and final packing on pallets, transport boxes, and handle various other collection, storage, and warehouse activities. The work model is on-site at ELSP Smart Power in Mebane, NC.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience operating industrial vehicles such as forklifts and electronic dollies preferred (training provided)
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs
- Must already have work authorization that permits you to work for ABB in the US
