Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive and verify inbound stock from vendors
  • Use RF scanners to put away stock and manage inventory
  • Pick, bundle, and stage customer orders for shipment
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Transport materials to and from production areas as needed
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and internal audits
  • Support 6-S initiatives and perform general housekeeping duties
  • Cross-train in multiple warehouse and material handling functions
  • Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Forklift certification required; prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred
  • Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 20 feet
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift
  • Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Hearing protection
  • Other (PPE) where required

Work Environment

Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
