Material Handler - 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Location: El Paso, TX • Duration: 12 months • Hours: 40/week • Pay: $16–20/hr • Shift: 3rd (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) • Employment type: W2 contract (US citizens or Green Card holders only)

Responsibilities

• Bring kitted material to machines for the next job.
• Verify part numbers and quantities against packing lists.
• Deliver material to the machine area as requested.
• Ensure the correct lot is delivered to each machine, paying close attention to job numbers.
• Work overtime as required.
• Assist in other areas and responsibilities as needed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks.
• Support team goals and objectives in a collaborative setting.
• Make effective decisions regarding production requirements.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures.
• Perform area safety inspections to identify hazards and report findings per company protocols.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and respond to workplace hazards (spills, accidents, near misses).
• Comply with all state, federal, and company regulations, including FDA, ISO, and OSHA standards.
• Assume responsibility for environmental effects of work and report environmental issues.
• Follow the site Environmental Management System for normal job duties.
• Complete all assigned regulatory training (e.g., GMP, ISO 14001, OSHA).
• Contribute to process improvements and simplification of services/systems.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack (electric pallet jack experience is a plus).
• High attention to detail in operations.
• High School Diploma/GED or 4 months of material handler experience.
