Material Handler- 2nd Weld

About the role

Moves raw materials, product components and finished goods to assigned locations and sets up equipment as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensures material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification and suitability for storage/equipment.
• Loads inbound and outbound freight, as needed.
• Processes product/product locators into SAP correctly.
• Uses personal protective, safety equipment and devices as required, following all STW documentation (if applicable).
• Obtains ORBIS forklift certification and adheres to eSafety guidelines.
• Participates in Continuous Improvement initiatives, promoting and sustaining CI, 5S, and STW activities.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Achieves daily production goals by actively supporting production efforts.
• Contributes to a team effort.

Requirements

Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, operate forklifts, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Forklift certification may be required.

Skills

Physical strength, attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to follow instructions.
