About the role

This role will eventually relocate to Gilroy in 2027.

Perform Cyclic Counts for the raw materials Inventory established in the Cycle Counting DOP aiming to maintain a high level of accuracy. Responsible for running reports, physical location and counting of items. Preparation of cycle counts reports, research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to inventory procedure.
• Accurately count assigned locations.
• Assist and perform investigation process to resolve inventory issues.
• Adopt and follow up the ISI safe protocol for the warehouse and production areas.
• Perform Batch Description (DB) of material by Variance Request (VR's).
• Verify quantities of VR's performed by Changeover.
• Audit Scrap reported by Changeover in the Material Transfer Form (MT).
• Assist in activities related to materials purge.
• Scrap material separation based on the request of the inventory analyst or supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Cycle counter, Warehouse or Assembly technician experience.
• Inventory control knowledge.
• Experience with warehouse tools and equipment including forklift.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Basic English (written/spoken).
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs.
• Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting) is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School / Technical career.

Preferred Skills

• SAP knowledge is desirable.
• Driving experience desirable but not required.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work flexible hours.

Pay

Base Salary Range Region 1: $26 - $35

Base Salary Range Region 2: $22 - $30
