Material Handler – 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all material handling needs, including picking warehouse parts and delivering them to assembly areas.
• Work closely with production lines to ensure full utilization of resources and meet customer demand.
• Achieve company standards for Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement (CI), and Productivity.

Requirements

• Material Handler I: 0-2 years of experience, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Material Handler II: 1-3 years of experience, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Material Handler III: 2-5 years of experience, high school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum Qualifications for all levels:
• Follow and adhere to company policies.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic problems.
• Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions.

• Preferred Qualifications for Material Handler III:
• Previous experience operating forklifts or other equipment to transport materials.
• Previous experience coaching and training other employees.
• Previous experience leading and forming teams.
• Previous experience using problem-solving tools in everyday work.

Qualifications

• Material Handler I: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Material Handler II: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Material Handler III: High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Pay

• Material Handler I: $19.50/hour
• Material Handler II: $20.50/hour

Schedule

• 1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
