Material Handler 1 - Plasma - 3rd shift

About the role

The Material Handler position involves operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or other mobile equipment to receive inventory, load/unload, and stage/raw materials and finished goods within or near plant, yard, warehouse, or work site.

Responsibilities

• Load Materials: Load and unload raw materials and finished goods onto or from pallets, industrial racks, trailers, trucks, etc.
• Transport Materials: Transports materials from storage or production areas and places in designated areas.
• Lift and Position Materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
• Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain and Organize: Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5‑S practices.

Pay

Pay for this position is $20.84 per hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential.

Schedule

Standard hours are Sunday night‑Friday morning 10:00 pm‑6:00 am, with some overtime required.
