Material Finished Goods Handler

About the role

Pull, pack, and deliver all finished goods, sample orders, corporate mail, and packages. Ship, receive, count, verify, and store finished goods while maintaining inventory, including sample inventory. Use various systems to record receipts and process shipments.

Responsibilities

• Pull documents, pack, and deliver all orders to Shipping.
• Process all finished goods via the ShipERP shipping system.
• Receive incoming stock, verify part numbers and quantity, then stock material on shelves.
• Process customer returns.
• Maintain accurate stockroom inventories of finished goods and sample materials.
• Perform mailroom support, including delivery to appropriate departments and processing outbound mail.
• Prepare and maintain import/export documentation as needed.
• Build and process sample kits when necessary.
• Serve as backup for Shipping, Receiving, and Samples Material Handlers.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education, training, and/or experience.
• 6+ months in shipping/receiving/warehouse operations.
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
• Must be open to supporting CTPAT and attending hazardous training as required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Personable and amicable to support shipping and receiving needs.

Skills

• Proficiency with the ShipERP shipping system, PC, hand carts, pallet jacks, calculator, and mailing machine.
• Ability to operate a forklift (onsite training provided).

Working Environment

Normal office and warehouse environment.

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 hourly based on experience.

Schedule

This is a temporary assignment expected to last 6-9 months, with potential adjustments based on business needs.
