Responsibilities
- Life 40+ pounds regularly throughout the day
- Stock, sort, and manage parts
- Operate manual material moving equipment (pallet jack)
- Follow general guidelines and meet on-time expectations and deadlines
- Meet volume increase demands with good quality
- Work within a team environment to meet productivity goals
- Adapt to a managed change culture environment
- Motivate and work effectively in a team setting
- Read and follow directions
- Comprehend and follow processes
- Identify non-conformance
- Participate in and support a team environment
- Work within a Behavior Based Safety program environment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Preferred Requirements
- Have previous forklift experience, prior certification OR ability to be certified
- Experience with inventory and inventory control
- Experience with SAP, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) for completing billing for shipping
- Experience with RF scanners and cycle counts
- Prefer fork truck experience
