Material handlers should be able to: (Preferred Requirements) Life 40+ pounds regularly throughout the dayHave previous forklift experience, prior certification OR ability to be certifiedHave experience with inventory and inventory controlHave experience with SAP, MS Office, (Outlook, Excel, Word) for completing billing for shippingHave experience with RF scanners and cycle countsHave the ability to stock, sort, and manage partsAt least 6 months experience in a manufacturing setting Be able to multi-task and manage multiple projectsHave the ability to operate manual material moving equipment (pallet jack)Ability to follow general guidelines and meet on-time expectations and deadlinesAbility to meet volume increase demands with good qualityAbility to work within a team environment to meet productivity goalsAbility to adapt to a managed change culture environmentAbility to motivate and work effectively in a team settingAbility to read and follow directionsAble to comprehend and follow processesAbility to identify non-conformanceAble and willing to participate in and support a team environmentEnjoy working within a Behavior Based Safety program environmentOther duties as assigned *Prefer fork truck experience*
