About the role

All Flex Solutions, founded in 1977, is a leading provider of specialty flex and rigid flex circuits, flexible heaters, and value-added assemblies for mission and life critical applications. Our products are used in medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial, and telecommunications markets. As a Material Coordinator, you will read, follow, and sign route sheets, and prepare material for manufacturing according to daily schedules. You will complete work independently while coordinating efforts with coworkers and managers.

Responsibilities

  • Able to take direction and retain information
  • Record data in Excel where necessary
  • Review and inspect work per IPC, ISO, control plans, and job aids
  • Move work orders in ERP system
  • Cross-train based on business needs
  • Gain a general knowledge of continuous improvement and lean principles
  • Take responsibility for personal job performance
  • Understand and actively participate in 5S initiatives
  • Identify defects
  • Possess basic computer skills (e.g., navigate the Internet, enter data in Excel, compose and send email)
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms
  • Work self-reliantly and actively listen
  • Able to work alone and in teams
  • Stay organized and pay attention to detail
  • Adapt to changing circumstances

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 18 years old
  • PCB manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Comfortable using large equipment
  • Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business needs
  • Must successfully complete on-the-job training and pass written and/or demonstrated tests
  • This position requires the use of information or access to hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Physical Requirements

  • Personal protective equipment and/or clean room attire must be worn if applicable
  • Sitting or standing for long periods of time

  • May be required to lift 5-15 pounds on a repetitive or semi-repetitive basis or up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Work environment may be subject to chemicals, fumes, or noxious odors
  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled facility

Pay

Competitive hourly rate in the $20 to $22 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
