Material Control Specialist III (Shipping Coordinator)
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. No filler like "commensurate with experience". No Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them.
We have content: Job Description (summary), Position Responsibilities (list), Basic Qualifications (list), Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies (list), Training Travel Requirement (sentence), Physical Demands (list), Clearance Level (maybe not needed?), Salary Range (Pay), ITAR Requirement (maybe not needed?), Benefits (list), About AV (company description). Also "Worker Type Regular Summary" maybe metadata.
We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe from Job Description summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe Basic Qualifications). Qualifications (maybe Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies). Skills (maybe combine? but we can have Skills section if there is specific skill list). Benefits (list). Pay (Salary Range). Schedule (maybe from Benefits: "a 9/80 work schedule" indicates schedule). Also Travel Requirement maybe could be under About the role or separate? Not a standard heading; we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably include in About the role as prose.
We must not create sections with filler. Ensure we have substantive content.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's extract content.

That's prose for About the role.

Training Travel Requirement: "This position requires initial travel to Simi Valley, CA for training. Travel, lodging, meals, and ground transportation will be provided." Could be placed under About the role or a separate section? Not a standard heading; maybe incorporate into About the role as additional prose.
Physical Demands list:
- Ability to work in an office and warehouse/manufacturing environment (Constant).
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer/mobile device and handle inventory (Constant).

- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and objects of varying sizes and shapes (Occasional).
Clearance Level: "No Clearance" maybe not needed; it's minor metadata; could be omitted or placed in a short p. Probably drop as minor metadata.
Pay: "The Salary Range For This Role Is $23 - $35". Also note "AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills." That's prose about pay determination. We'll include Pay section with the range and maybe note factors.
ITAR Requirement: maybe not needed as it's legal/boilerplate? It's about compliance; could be considered boilerplate but it's substantive? It's about eligibility. Might be considered legal/EEO? It's about ITAR US person requirement. Might be considered a requirement. However instructions: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. ITAR requirement is legal/compliance; might be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit? But it's substantive eligibility. However they said remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. ITAR is not exactly EEO but still legal. I'd lean to omit to be safe.
Benefits: "Benefits: AV offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental vision, 401K with company matching, a 9/80 work schedule and a paid holiday shutdown. For more information about our company benefit offerings please visit: http://www.avinc.com/myavbenefits. We also encourage you to review our company website at http://www.avinc.com to learn more about us."
We need Benefits section with list items: medical, dental vision, 401K with company matching, 9/80 work schedule, paid holiday shutdown. Also maybe note link but we can drop as it's instruction? Might be considered application instruction? It's a link for more info; could be considered boilerplate? Probably keep as prose? But we can include as part of benefits description.
Schedule: The 9/80 work schedule is a schedule detail; we could have Schedule section with that info. But we already have schedule in benefits; maybe we can put schedule separately: "a 9/80 work schedule". Since Benefits already includes it, we could still have Schedule section with that detail. However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine schedule into Benefits. But they said include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state "a 9/80 work schedule". So we could have Schedule section with that detail. But then Benefits would still have other benefits. Might be okay.
About AV: company description paragraph(s). That could be "About the role"? Actually we already have About the role from job description. There's also "About AV" section describing company. Could be considered "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not add a heading for About AV. We could incorporate that description into About the role? But About the role is supposed to be about the role, not company. However we could treat "About AV" as part of About the role? Might be stretching. Better to omit? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that company description somewhere. Where can we put it? Not a standard heading; maybe we can put it as a
after the sections without a heading? The instruction: Output ONLY the HTML fragment. It didn't say we must wrap everything in headings; we can have
prose outside sections. So we can include a
for company description after sections, without a heading. That's allowed.
Similarly, "Worker Type Regular Summary" maybe minor metadata; we can drop.
"Principals only need apply. NO agencies please." is application instruction; drop.
"EEO/AA Equal Opportunity Employer" etc is boilerplate; drop.
Now structure:

Maybe Skills section? Could combine some skills from qualifications but we already have them. Could create Skills section for things like "Proficiency in MS Office Suite", "Experience working with MRP/ERP systems", "Strong analytical and problem-solving skills", etc. But we already have them in Requirements/Qualifications. To avoid thin sections, maybe we skip Skills.
