Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment
- Act as first response to the line for parts not delivered to point of use and determine best ordering method to deliver parts
- Act as first response to the line for Kits not delivered to point of use and determine best ordering method to deliver parts
- Flexible in working off-site at Carrier when needed to drive material flow improvement activities
- Execute daily walks with the 3PL to ensure parts are picked on time and in point of use when required
- Perform end of shift review with 3PL to ensure preparedness for the following morning
- Work with warehouse to ensure delivery of emergency orders
- Identify trends in parts not delivered to the point of use and work with team to identify root cause
- Ability to work with multiple priorities of the business
- Ability to work overtime and beyond 40 hours and weekends when needed to support production
- Responsible for answering Planning, Warehouse, Production and Engineering inquiries in a timely manner
- Weekly logs clean up and updates as well as the ability to use the SAP inventory system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in a high volume, high complexity, manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience with Data Entry
- 1+ years of Forklift experience
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suites
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 50 pounds
- Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience
- Ability to organize daily activities and to make quick decisions to support a fast-paced process-oriented operation
- Ability to be multi-functional in a stop-and-go operation
- Ability to work independently offsite at the 3PL to lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Alert, dependable, and safety-focused
- Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is between $15 - $30 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
