Material Associate

The Material Associate position supports production by handling material flow and maintaining a safe, efficient work area.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers using a forklift.
• Load and unload material by hand from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines.
• Stack or assemble material as needed.
• Document inventory as required.
• Operate motor equipment safely and maintain it with care.
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
• Follow all written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
• Perform repetitive tasks as required.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift safely.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shift schedules.

• Capability to perform repetitive manual tasks.

Pay

$21.92–$25.54 hourly plus an 8% shift differential for hours worked in the facility. Starting pay depends on prior experience and work location.

Schedule

Shift Hours: 1:45 pm – 10:00 pm (Swing Shift) and 9:45 pm – 6:00 am (Grave Shift), with overtime as needed.
